The Talent Board delivers annual recruiting and hiring research that highlights accountability, fairness, and the business impact of job candidate experience. “The information garnered is invaluable in terms of our commitment to continuous improvement of our candidate-centric process and how MindPoint Group is perceived in the external marketplace,” says Talent Acquisition Associate Director Jennifer Moyers. To qualify for the award, more than 100 candidates must anonymously fill out a survey detailing their experience with our talent acquisition process. Only companies scoring above the benchmark are awarded this prestigious honor.
